The mission of the Peter J. King Family Foundation is to provide bricks and mortar funding to organizations whose activities are dedicated to the improvement of children’s health, education and welfare, and to building a stronger family environment.
An important component of the mission of the Peter J. King Family Foundation is to serve specific geographies. This allows us to establish and maintain deeper relationships with the community and the organizations we support. Our primary service area is the Saint Paul and Minneapolis Metropolitan area where Peter King grew his business and raised his family. MORE
Over more than a decade, Peter developed close relationships in the Iringa area of Southern Tanzania. During this time, he supported numerous organizations, many affiliated with the Iringa Diocese of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania. The Foundation supports other projects throughout Africa through our partnership with Daughters of Charity International Project Services based in Paris, France. MORE
